Thank you for your motivation. You keep saying “do it” and everyday I try it. I went to Texas by myself and I did a lot of research on the properties I want, but when I went to the auction they were sold. I know I spend time since I have to fly from other state and also I have to leave my children alone, but I did learn a lot, I brought with me a lot of knowledge. I hope I can find somebody to work with me, at least to research together and try to look properties together or concentrate in different states. Anyway , thank you. I will try to focus on this, I need it. I have so much debt, but I know I can do it.
