Dustin, I am so wired up over this, I blew a couple of fuses. I have been reading and watching videos all over the internet about this and actually attended the Jan. auction in Dallas yesterday. This was my first one to attend. My question to you is this. If I win the bid for a tax deed, do I have to wait for the 6 month redemption period or is there a way to speed up the process to be able to get a clear title to be able to sell the property sooner? I am trying to figure all this out before I spend the little money I have. I have been in a money pinch for the last couple of years and need to get this started fast and get a return fast. I enjoy all the info you put out and am looking forward to any advice you may have on doing this in the fastest possible way.
