Dustin I bought your system and have been going to tax deed auctions in Florida for about 6 months now in several different counties. Program is great, you just have to keep yourself educated. I recently purchased a condo worth 42K for 14K and the best part I had a renter in there already for a positive cash flow of $550 a month. I am probably going to hold on to this one just for the monthly CF. What I wanted to ask is what do you do if there is squatters/old owners in the residence when you get the deed? How do you get them out? Also, how do you get in to the place, call a locksmith? I have been told several different things, eviction and others say an ejection? Either way those things take time and it’s not a great feeling having someone staying/trashing the place while you wait. Thanks for the great program.
